PRAKATYA UTSAV
On Saturday of Phalgun Shukla Paksha Chaturthi Vikram Samvat 2014 (Year 1958, 22nd February ) , Pran Pratishtha ( life force giving ceremony ) of the idol of Shree Shree Param Poojya Sadgurudev Haidakhan wale Babaji took place at Kathgharia, near Haldwani, U.P. Same day at night, Param Poojya Shree Babaji gave darshan to those devotees present in the form of a very Bright Divine Light, moving around the temple area from one place to another. After some time , at a certain point , the Divine Light entered into Babaji's murti inside the temple in front of everybody looking at this miracle. Later in the year , the idol was brought to Vrindavan by Shree Mahendra Swamiji , and installed in Samb Sadashiv Kunj , Vrindavan , dist. Mathura on the auspicious occasion of Shri Radha Ashtami (Vikram Samvat 2015).
Since then , on the same day of Mahaprabhuji 's appearance, i.e , Phalgun Shukla Paksha Chaturthi , Prakatya Utsav is celebrated every year at Vrindavan. According to the Vikram Samvat ( Vedic Calendar) Phagun Shukla Paksha Chaturthi , on the western Calendar it changes every year .
